Log a Set

No sets logged yet. Add your first set above.

How It Works

Logging sets

  • Type an exercise name (or pick from previous exercises), enter weight, unit, and reps, then click Add.
  • The date defaults to today. Change it to back-fill a past workout.
  • Each row in the history represents one set. Log multiple sets by clicking Add repeatedly.

Personal records

  • The PR section shows the heaviest weight lifted for each exercise, along with the rep count for that set.
  • A new PR is detected whenever you log a weight heavier than any previous set for that exercise.

Estimated 1RM

  • The Est. 1RM column uses the Epley formula: 1RM = weight x (1 + reps / 30).
  • This gives an approximation of your one-rep max from a submaximal set. It is most accurate for sets of 2-10 reps.

Progress chart

  • Select an exercise and a metric. Max Weight plots the heaviest single set per date. Est. 1RM plots the highest estimated 1RM per date. Session Volume plots total weight lifted (sets x reps x weight) per date.
  • The chart only shows dates where you logged at least one set for the selected exercise.

Export

  • Click Export CSV to download all sets as a spreadsheet-compatible file.

All data is stored only in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server.
